We also know that many young athletes have been bitten by so called Sports managers! Often when you need it most; that is at the start of your career, you have so little income that management fees are unsustainable.
Macrison has made a conscious decision to position our management services to help talented people reach their goals. To do this we recognise that we are taking a financial risk – however to play a part in helping someone achieve their dreams is a far greater reward!
In taking that risk, we do enforce strict guidelines if we choose to take on and help a young athlete.
However, we also have great contractual packages that will guide and support you to success.

- Includes sourcing and managing all endorsement contracts

Fees:
A feature of our fee structure is that each is negotiated individually. We will consider your immediate and short term circumstances and you long term prospects.
We will build you a package that gives you the freedom to build your success and our remuneration will grow dependent on this!
